“It’s all in the view. That’s what I mean about forever, too. For any one of us our forever could end in an hour, or a hundred years from now. You never know for sure, so you’d better make every second count.”
Sarah Dessen, The Truth About Forever
As an eighteen-year old bibliophile, there is nothing I love more than curling up on the sofa with a chilled glass of wine and a good book.
As the blog title would suggest, I’m childishly passionate about reading, blogging and making the world a better place. In my spare time, I enjoy escaping to the fictional, but somehow better than real, worlds such as the Land of Oz and Hogwarts.
My reading journey has given me a lot in life. Growing up, I was always the child left out of all the playground games – the one who was overlooked by all the other children. I should be grateful, because that was the beginning of my reading life – I picked up a book and that moment changed my life for good. For the better, may I add.
“Sometimes you find yourself in the middle of nowhere, and then sometimes, in the middle of nowhere, you find yourself.”
Pictured on the right is my baby, Princess Smudgellafur Fluffypaws. While I’m curled up in bed with a good book, she’s snuggled up besides me fast asleep and keeping me warm. Her favourite author is, as shown on the photo, Ally Carter.
